If lack of space is a concern in your dwellings, indoor salad gardens in the kitchen are a fun and practical kitchen.

Some easy greens to grow indoors are Bibb lettuce, Cos lettuce, loose leaf, snap peas, chives, spinach, arugula, mustard greens and radish. They are simple to install- seeding trays of requisite depth are placed near south or west facing windows for adequate sunlight, space out the plants will and harvest the greens in time once they’re growing cycle is complete, to ensure that the taste of the vegetables does not spoil.
